Impact Builders maintains a feasible volume of home builds per year to ensure high quality. As a result, our business has increased during and since the recent economic down turn. During this critical four-year period, production at Impact Builders actually doubled : from 8 projects completed and sold in 2006 to 16 completed and sold in 2011. Impact Builders attributes this success to our ability to accurately forecast project timelines and budgets, while also ensuring we are flexible in our service delivery as our client’s needs change.
